Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that delays happen, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.

To respect our time and yours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely will be charged the full cost of the service.

As a small business, your reserved time is dedicated solely to you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to another client. You’ll receive appointment reminders to give you ample time to reschedule if needed.
